Loading rate
Scarp-iron:- For vessels with capacity to 3000 t: 1500 t per vessel, for weather working day
- For vessels with capacity over 3000 t : 3000 t per vessel, for weather working day
- For vessels with capacity to 3000 t: 1500 t per vessel, for weather working day
Laytime of this ship start from 14,00 p.m. on the working day if the notice of readiness was accepted until noon on the same day, i.e from 08,00 a.m. on the following working day. It is necessary to inform the Port about the moment of submitting the notice of readiness on the same day in written form. Period from Saturday or day before holiday from noon to Monday or day after the holiday until 08,00 a.m is excluded from laytime of ship even when the Port uses this period for work. The Port accepts the payment of demurrage as per C/P (charter party), and in case of dispatch , 50% of contracted demurrage belongs to the Port with the application of rate contracted between the Port and service user.
It is obligatory to make statement of facts about the time of unloading and adequate document should be signed by the authorised person from both sides, before the ship sails out. The statement of fact must contain details on stoppage of work on board the ship.

Handling and storage of bulk cement is carried out through 4 silos which total capacity amounts to 3000t and which are owned by "Cemex Montenegro" Podgorica.
Alumina:
Reservoir for alumina which capacity is 20.000 m3 ( 2x 10.000 m3 ) is owned by Alumina plant Podgorica.
It is possible to carry out handling operation of alumina solely through direct operation using adequate clamshell.
